In the sysex view select the sysex bank youd like to send and either send it manually or set it to send automatically. Its the last hex value before the EOX (F7). Once you have your total subtract that from 128 and that is your checksum.

I have the KS Edit program and was trying to send the sysex files to the SQ2, but cannot figure out how to do that. I've got the service manual but no shematics, so following their troubleshooting guide i end on: 'Replace the Main board, send it to Ensoniq'. the Display is always in 'SELF TEST MODE'.
